5 Exercises that will help you stay fit over the holidays!

The leaves have fallen and the air is definitely brisk. Ready or not, the holiday season is upon us. It’s time for turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie; then cookies, candies and eggnog. Oh boy, get ready waistline! Yes, we all are guilty of enjoying the many goodies associated with the holidays, and yes, we’re all guilty of kicking ourselves come New Year’s Day about the added trimming on the waistline. Don’t give up!! Firehaus Pilates has your back…and abs and glutes and thighs! You can enjoy the holidays and still feel good about yourself.
Your goal is to STAY ACTIVE!! Schedule at least 1 Pilates class a week to maintain a modified but realistic routine, and on the days you can’t get to us, we’ll come to you! All you have to do is take 10-15 minutes a day to complete the “Pilates for the Holidays” workout designed by Firehaus Pilates so you won’t have to worry about losing your tone over the tempting holiday season.
